QUESTIONS? here are the answers to some of the most common:

DELIVERY TIMES

This is our first season and we hope to get things out to you as quickly as possible. If you need a specific item for a special date please let us know in the comments section of the orderform/ checkout form. On receipt of your order we will contact you and let you know if there are any delays with garments you have ordered.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We believe kids clothes should be easy wear, easy care, less fuss and more fun. All of our garments are machine washable and can be tumble dried on a low setting. To minimise shrinking of cotton garments we recommend tumble drying on a low heat setting. All of our cotton garments are made from high quality knitted cotton with minimum shrinkage. For advice on shrinkage please see garment measurements on each product listing.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

We believe in our garments so we have a NO WORRIES RETURNS POLICY.Wrong size, wrong colour, just not right? Return any garment within 28 days for any reason and we will replace it, exchange it, or refund your money. No worries.
We want Tiger and Lily garments to be of the highest quality.If you experience a problem with one of our garments we want to know and appreciate your feedback.

PERSONALISED GIFTS AND GIFTWRAPPING

We love celebrations and are more than happy to giftwrap any of our products for you.In fact we really love it! Just let us know in the special comments box on your order form (mail-order) or at the checkout (webshop/mailorder) if you need our giftwrap service.There is no charge for giftwrapping.

GIFT CARDS/ GIFT VOUCHERS

Yes you can purchase gift vouchers online or through the mail order catalogue. Gift vouchers can be redeemed online, over the phone and through mail order.

STOCK AVAILABLITY

Some styles are more popular in certain sizes. We've done our best to try to predict which ones( a bit like trying to predict Aucklands weather!), If your size is out of stock or delayed we will contact you to advise you of the closest delivery date. If you need assistance please use the contact us section or call us on 09 570 6000 Monday- Sat 9am-6pm. If you need a certain garment by a special date please let us know in the special comments section of the order form. We will do our best and always contact you with progress.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay by visa or mastercard using the website. You can pay by cheque or money order when using the mail order form in the catalogue. If you wish to pay by internet banking please send your order details using th e CONTACT US section and we will contact you with banking details.

SHIPPING CHARGES

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
Our current New zealand shipping charges are $5 per order, or free for orders of $100 or more.
TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND.For shipping charges for parcels to locations outside of New Zealand the cost is variable.
